| 摘 要： | 运用调查法、文献资料法对上海市体育公共服务需求的现状进行了调查。调查显示，上海市的体育公共服务短缺和公共产品的供给不足且配置失衡已成为发展群众体育的突出矛盾和主要瓶颈问题。此外，还分析了影响体育公共服务的因素，并提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | A survey was made on the status quo of the demand for Shanghai sports public service by the methods of investigation and literature study. The result shows that the principal contradictions and main problems of Shanghai sports public service lie in the shortage of the service and the insufficiency and imbalance of the supply of public products. It also analyzes the factors affecting the sports public service and sets forth some suggestions. |
