| 摘 要： | 文件管理和档案管理关系密切,通过实施文件档案一体化管理,可以减少重复性劳动,提高工作效率.中外文件档案一体化思想存在着差异.在借鉴吸收国外有关理论并结合中国的实际情况基础上,我国的文件档案一体化思想呈现出阶级性变化,并逐步与国外档案学者的认识趋于一致且不断完善.

| Abstract: | Records management and archives management are closely connected to each other. Systemizing records and archives can decrease repetitive work and enhance work efficiency. The thought of records and archives systemizing in China and abroad is different from one another. Based on absorbing relevant foreign theory and combining the practical situation in China, the thought of records and archives systemizing in China takes on the change of several phrases , and gradually becomes in accordance with that of foreign archivists and more perfect . |
