| 摘 要： | 文章结合高校科研平台的职能性质、工作定位及服务对象,从管理能力与工作精神、仪器培训与操作技能、仪器维修与保养经验及创新开发与科学研究等方面准确论述了现代高校科研实验教师应具备的职能素养,旨在明确高校科研实验教师对自身职能素养的定位,充分发挥高校科研实验教师的岗位作用,提高高校科研实验教师队伍人才质量。

| Abstract: | Combining with the function nature,work orientation and service object of scientific research platform of the university,We accurately expounds the functional literacy that scientific research experiment teachers of modern university should possess from the management ability and work spirit,instrument training and operation skills,instrument maintenance experience,innovative development and scientific research.The purpose is to clarify the functional literacy orientation of scientific research experiment teachers,give full play to the role of scientific research experiment teachers,and improve the quality of scientific research experiment teachers in university. |
