全方位育人与“课程思政”教育探索与实践

摘    要:全方位育人是培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人的内在要求,是坚持用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想铸魂育人、形成"三全育人"新格局的重要组成部分。文章研究分析了全方位育人与"课程思政"教育的关系,介绍了食品保藏与加工工艺学课程开展"课程思政"教育的探索与实践,旨在为工科课程开展"课程思政"教育提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract:Comprehensive education is an inherent requirement for cultivating newcomers to the era of national rejuvenation.We must persist in using Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics to cast souls and educate people from the perspective of "three full-education".This study analyzes the relationship between comprehensive education and "curriculum ideological and political education",and introduces the exploration and practice of "curriculum ideological and political education" in "Food Preservation and Processing Technology".This work will provide some information for the engineering courses in developing the research of "curriculum ideological and political education".
