| 摘 要： | 加强教育综合改革,加快推进一流大学建设,深化“放管服”改革,职权下移,权责分明,提升二级学院的活力和动力,激发二级学院管理人员的创造力,成为高校学院改革的重点内容。二级学院办公室作为学院的综合办事机构,是高校改革的着力点和突破口。文章通过分析办公室职能定位和现存问题,准确判断现存的显性矛盾,探讨提升办公室综合管理效能、服务质量和水平的措施。

| Abstract: | Deepening the comprehensive reform of education,speeding up the construction of the first-class universities,deepening the reform of"management and service",moving down the authority,separating the powers and responsibilities,promoting the vitality and motive force of the secondary colleges,stimulating the creativity of the managers of the secondary colleges,has become the key point of the reform.As the comprehensive office of the college,the office of the secondary college is the key point and breakthrough of the reform of colleges and universities.By analyzing the orientation of the office function and the existing problems,the author can accurately judge the existing explicit contradiction and discuss how to improve the efficiency of the comprehensive management of the office.Measures to improve the quality and level of services. |
