| 摘 要： | 企业教育是企业内部对员工进行的针对性培训,学校教育是面向社会在学校中实施的教育。企业教育和学校教育各具特点,文章通过对两种教育特点进行比较,针对企业教育在职业教育人才培养过程中扮演的角色以及功能定位进行了分析与探讨,探索校企合作之路,从而促进职业学校的教育教学改革。

| Abstract: | Enterprise education is the targeted training of employees within the enterprise,and school education is the education that society implements in the school.Enterprise education and school education have their own characteristics.By comparing and combining the two kinds of educational characteristics,this paper analyzes and discusses the role and function orientation of enterprise education in the process of vocational education personnel training,and explores the way of cooperation between schools and enterprises.This will promote the reform of education and teaching in vocational schools. |
