摘    要:“加强职业教育,培养大国工匠”是党的十九大报告为中职教育发展提供的一个鲜明指向。因此,中职学校必须严抓教师队伍建设,以在提升自身竞争力、实现自身品质化发展的同时也提升自身的人才培养质量,更好地为国家教育事业目标的实现提供助力。文章首先从提供学习资源、促进知识经验分享以及推动教师反思等三个方面介绍了名师工作室之于中职教师专业成长而言所具有的几点积极意义,接着又从观察与分析、理论与实践、分享与反思以及整合与创新等四个方面为名师工作室引领下的中职教师专业成长提供了具备可行性的策略。

Abstract:"Strengthen vocational education and train craftsmen in a big country"is a clear direction for the development of secondary vocational education provided by the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Therefore,secondary vocational schools must pay attention to the construction of teachers,in order to improve their own competitiveness,to achieve their own quality of development,but also to improve their own talent training quality,better for the realization of the goal of national education.This article first from the learning resources,and promote knowledge sharing and promote teacher reflection of three aspects to introduce the famous studio for secondary vocational teachers'professional development has some positive significance,and then from the observation and analysis,theory and practice,sharing and reflection,and four aspects,such as integration and innovation of teacher studio led by secondary vocational teachers'professional development provides a viable strategy.
