| 摘 要： | 跨军兵种院校的机场后勤保障实战化联教联训活动,有助于机场后勤联合保障人才的培养,提高军事人才培养质量,推动任职教育深化改革。院校部队联合,依靠科学合理的运行机制,适应部队作战任务发展要求,科学构建实战化联教联训体系和内容,积极探索实战化联教联训的方法途径是培养联合保障人才的有益探索,对提高军事任职院校教学质量具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The airport logistics support practical joint education and training activities in cross-service colleges and universities are helpful to the training of airport logistics joint support talents,improve the quality of military personnel training,and promote the deepening of the reform of post education.It is of great significance to cultivate joint support talents in colleges and universities by relying on scientific and reasonable operation mechanism,adapting to the requirements of the development of combat tasks,scientifically constructing the system and content of actual combat joint education and joint training,and actively exploring the methods and ways of actual combat joint education and joint training,which is of great significance to improve the teaching quality of military colleges and universities. |
