| 摘 要： | 针对我国高校医学人才培养中创新创业能力不强的短板,引创客教育理念入医学专业课实践教学中,构建面向医学生创客精神创新能力培育的“教、学、作、创”一体化实践教学模式,改变了传统的实践教学操作的授课方式,提升了学生动手能力、创新能力、协同合作能力,是一种行之有效的教学方法。
