| 摘 要： | 《封装技术》是一门涉及电子、光学、机电的先进制造工艺的课程,《封装技术》的课程内容涉及半导体材料、晶体结构、微纳电子元器件、微纳机电系统、生物芯片等诸多科研、工程领域。在《封装技术》课程教学过程中,除了对专业知识的教学以外,非常有必要在课程教学过程中引入思政教学的元素,加强学生对中国制造业的了解,增强学生对中国制造的认同感,培养学生的爱国主义精神和“工匠”精神。

| Abstract: | "Packaging"is a core course about the advanced fabrication and manufacturing of electrical,optical and mechanical.The course content is closed related to the scientific and engineering fields of semiconductor materials,crystallinestructures,micro/nano-electronics,micro/nanomechanics and biochips.In the"Packaging"class,besides the education about professional knowledge,it is strongly necessary to introduce the contents about ideological and political education.It would benefit students to get to know the development of manufacture status in China.In addition,it could enhance the self-respect and a sense of identity in the professional studies,encouraging patriotism and a sense of national dignity and self-confidence and developing the spirit of craftsman. |
