| 摘 要： | “双师型”教师队伍的建设对于推动“卓越计划”工作,培养适应社会发展需要的高质量各类型工程技术人才具有重要的意义。江西理工大学作为教育部第二批“卓越计划”试点单位,通过拓宽专业/兼职教师引进渠道、建立教师工程实践能力提升机制、构建“双师型”教师队伍建设制度、加强产学研合作等措施,培养建成了一支结构合理,既具有较高的专业理论水平,又具有较强工程实践能力和技术创新能力的“双师型”教师队伍。

| Abstract: | The construction of dual qualifications teacher team is of great significance for promoting the work of"Excellence Plan"and cultivating various types of high-quality engineering and technical personnel to meet the needs of social development.Jiangxi University of Science and Technology is the second batch of pilot units of the Excellence Program.By opening up the channels for introducing professional/part-time teachers,establishing the mechanism for improving teachers'engineering practical ability,building the construction system of"dual-qualified"teachers'team,and strengthening the industry-university-research cooperation,etc.,a reasonable structure team with"dual qualifications"teachers who have high level of professional theory,strong engineering practice ability and technological innovation ability,have been built. |
