摘    要:培养大学生的学术素养不仅关系到大学生的个人成长,也决定着大学教育的整体兴衰。文章从大学生学术素养的内涵入手,从知识、思维和技能三个角度进行分析,对整体内涵进行整合,提出调整教育目标、优化课程体系、循序渐进,注重过程教育以及建立个人—团队相结合的培养模式等具体培养策略。

Abstract:Cultivating college students'academic literacy is not only related to their personal growth,but also determines the overall rise and fall of university education.Starting from the connotation of college students'academic literacy,this paper analyses the whole connotation from three angles of knowledge,thinking and skills,and puts forward some specific training strategies,such as adjusting educational objectives,optimizing curriculum system,gradual progress,focusing on process education and establishing a training model combining individual and team.
