| 摘 要： | 文章以南京林业大学林业机械学科方向的企业研究生工作站建设及运行为例,提出校企“四维”协同模式的创新理念,建立了企业研究生工作站运行管理机制,通过校企目标协同、过程协同、实践协同、创新协同的人才培养方式,培养适应行业需求、社会发展的,具有“绿色发展、创新意识、实践能力”的工程技术人才。文章提升企业研究生工作站的内涵建设,发挥企业研究生工作站为高层次创新人才培养作用提供了经验。

| Abstract: | Taking the construction and operation of enterprise postgraduate workstation in the direction of forestry machinery discipline of Nanjing Forestry University as an example,this paper puts forward the innovative idea of the"four-dimensional"collaborative model of the university enterprise,establishes the operation and management mechanism of the enterprise postgraduate workstation,and cultivates the talent training method that adapts to the needs of the industry through the training method of the school-enterprise goal,process coordination,practice coordination and innovation.Social development,with"green development,innovation awareness,practical ability"of engineering and technical personnel.This paper enhances the connotation construction of postgraduate workstations of enterprises,and provides experience for the training of high-level innovative talents by exerting the role of postgraduate workstations of enterprises. |
