| 摘 要： | 大数据时代对高校精准就业服务工作提出了挑战,更带来了机遇。高校应正视目前精准就业服务工作中存在的问题,充分肯定大数据在就业指导工作中的指导价值和实际作用。文章利用大数据技术创新高校就业服务模式,完善就业服务工作体系,从顶层设计、育人模式、工作队伍、技术攻坚、精品项目多维度探索精准就业服务工作的建设途径。
