| 摘 要： | 《小学教师专业标准(试行)》对小学教师应该具备的专业素质做出了明确要求,其中教学实践能力居于核心地位,而高等师范院校是小学教育专业教师人才培养的主要力量,直接承担着小学教育专业师范生的教学技能培养与训练任务。文章从教学技能的培养入手,通过分析在高等师范院校小学教育专业教学技能训练中存在的问题和原因,对技能训练的模式和策略提出设想。

| Abstract: | The Professional Standards for Primary School Teachers(Trial) clarifies the professional qualities that primary school teachers should possess,among which teaching abilities is critical.However,normal universities of higher education are the main force in cultivating primary school teachers.They shoulder the tasks of teaching abilities cultivation and training for students in primary education majors.Based on the cultivation of teaching abilities,through analysis of the existing problems and corresponding reasons accounting for teaching skills training in primary education maj ors of higher normal universities,the article proposes some possible methods to skills training models and strategies. |
