| 摘 要： | 跆拳道兼具较强的观赏性和竞技性,是一项深受我国青少年欢迎的体育运动。随着素质教育理念的深入人心和教育改革的不断推进,一些高校将跆拳道纳入教学课程体系,让学生可以通过跆拳道学习健体防身,增强意志力,缓解学习压力。然而,不少高校的跆拳道教学存在场地和设施不完善、具有安全隐患、教学方式单一等问题。文章就此展开研究,并针对性地提出解决策略,以提升高校跆拳道教学实效,激发学生的参与兴趣和学习热情。

| Abstract: | Taekwondo has strong appreciation and competitiveness,and it is a popular sport among Chinese teenagers.With the idea of quality education deeply rooted in the people's mind and the continuous promotion of education reform,some colleges and universities will bring Taekwondo into the teaching curriculum system.Let students learn how to keep fit and defend themselves through Taekwondo,increase willpower,and alleviate the pressure of study.However,there are some problems in Taekwondo Teaching in many universities,such as the imperfect field and facilities,the hidden danger of safety and the single teaching method.In this paper,we study it,and put forward the corresponding solutions,to improve the effectiveness of Taekwondo Teaching in colleges and universities,stimulate students'interest in participation and enthusiasm for learning. |
