| 摘 要： | 为响应“一带一路”的伟大倡议和铁路“走出去”国家战略,轨道交通领域的中外合作办学已成为提升沿线国家基础建设水平、促进中国软实力建设的重要举措。为提升“双一流”建设水平、提高国际影响力,我国高校积极对接国家需求,与“一带一路”国家高校进行合作研讨,不断拓展高等教育的国际合作办学新模式。由于地域及文化等方面的显著差别,在与“一带一路”沿线国家开展轨道交通领域国际合作办学期间,不可避免地会面临诸多风险。文章通过广泛调研“一带一路”沿线国家政治、经济、民俗和教育体制情况,阐述了中国与“一带一路”沿线国家之间存在的文化、制度和理念方面的矛盾与冲突,对开展轨道交通中外合作办学可能存在的风险要素进行辨识和归纳,并提出应对策略,为高等教育中外合作办学提供重要参考。

| Abstract: | In response to the great initiative of"The Belt and Road"and the national strategy of"go global"of railway,Chinese-foreign cooperation in higher education in rail transit has become a new growth point for improving the infrastructure construction level of countries along"The Belt and Road",enhancing the international influence of Chinese universities,and promoting the construction of"World-class universities and world-class disciplines"of universities.China conducts cooperative discussions with local universities through actual research in"The Belt and Road"countries.However,due to regional and cultural differences,Chinese-foreign railway cooperation in higher education will inevitably face many risks.Through extensive research area all the way along the country's political,cultural,education system,this paper expounds the due to China all the way along the country due to regional differences and area of the contradictions and conflicts,to reveal the possible risk factors in the Chinese and foreign railway cooperation in running schools,the risk factors identification and classification,and put forward the coping strategies,to promote the Chinese-foreign cooperation in higher education to provide important reference for rail transit. |
