| 摘 要： | IT就业市场迫切需要大量能从事机器视觉、数据挖掘等方向的专业技术人才。如何对接市场需求,逐渐转变人才培养方式,已成为各大高校关注的重点。文章从人才培养的基础课程改革入手,提出众智模式与主动学习驱动下的《数字图像处理》课程教学改革实践机制。实证分析表明:该机制能更好地优化和整合优秀教学及科研资源,充分调动研究生的学习热情,为其独立开展科学研究工作奠定基础,从而对接市场对人才的需求。

| Abstract: | IT market needs many more talented professionals in the fields of computer vision and data mining.How to meet the demand and gradually change the current cultivating mode has become a focus of each university.It starts research from the underground of cultivating mode like course reform.A novel teaching reform practice mechanism of the course digital image processing is proposed based on wisdom mode and active learning method.Empirical analysis demonstrates the novel mechanism can integrate excellent education or research resources.Meanwhile,it can stimulate the studying enthusiasm of postgraduate students and cultivate their abilities to independently engage in research.This helps meet the professional skills demand from market. |
