| 摘 要： | 为了解大学生夏令营对人才培养的作用,文章通过分析地方院校举办夏令营的方式和方法,得出开展夏令营可以为地方院校提供更优质的生源、有利于大学生的能力培养,同时为其他院校举办夏令营提供借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the role of college summer camps in talent training,this paper analyzes the ways and methods of holding summer camps in local colleges and universities,and concludes that summer camps can provide better quality students for local colleges and universities,and are conducive to the cultivation of college students,and supply a reference to organizing a summer camp. |
