| 摘 要： | 地方应用型工科院校在助推高水平应用型工程大学建设过程中,离不开校社科联有效机制的建立。工科院校社科联建设应从科研平台建设、创新机制两大方面着手,加强对外交流,强化服务社会意识,加强制度建设,建立重点培育机制,建立人才培养机制等,充分发挥社科联在推动工科院校社科发展方面的积极作用。

| Abstract: | In the process of promoting the construction of high-level application-oriented engineering universities,the local application-oriented engineering universities cannot do without the establishment of the effective mechanism of the university's social science federation.The construction of the social science federation of engineering colleges and universities should start from the construction of scientific research platform and innovation mechanism,strengthen the foreign exchanges,strengthen the consciousness of serving the society,strengthen the system construction,establish the key cultivation mechanism,establish the personnel training mechanism and so on,give full play to the positive role of the social science federation in promoting the development of the social science of engineering colleges and universities. |
