| 摘 要： | 目的探讨铁路发展现代物流的必要性和可行性；方法根据我国目前铁路货运现状和国内外物流企业发展状况，通过数据图表分析，阐述铁路发展现代物流的必要性和可行性；结果我国铁路企业正处于改制的关键时期，铁路发展现代物流面l临良好的机遇；结论我国铁路具备了发展现代物流所需要的基本条件，发展现代物流是大势所趋，而且目前是加快步伐的难得机遇期。中国铁路发展现代物流是必要的，也是可行的。

An Analysis on the Enterprise Reformation Environment of Railway Freight Station |

| Abstract: | The railway freight station has been facing a lot of opportunities as well as challenges during its modern logistic development since the new direct management system was put into use. Based on the analysis of the inner advantages and disadvantages, outside opportunities and challenges railway freight station is having, this paper puts forward some competition strategies for freight station by explaining SWOT and matching its opportunities, challenges, advantages and disadvantages. |
