| 摘 要： | 公共文化服务体系建设是最近几年才在我国提出的一个公共管理问题,公共档案馆作为公共管理部门之一,就自然与其有着或多或少的联系.本文从职责的角度分析公共档案馆在公共文化服务体系建设中为何要承担相应职责、应该承担何职责、如何去承担其职责以及承担这些职责的意义等几个方面进行了论述.

| Abstract: | Public cultural service system proposed in China in recent years is an issue of public manage-ment.As one of public administration,public archives are more or less linked with the issue naturally.From the perspective of public archives’responsibilities in the construction of public cultural service sys-tem,the paper analyzes why public archives should assume the corresponding responsibilities,what it should assume,how to assume the responsibilities and the meaning of undertaking these responsibilities. |
