| 摘 要： | 流动性过剩已经成为影响我国宏观经济运行的突出问题。流动性过剩的直接原因是国际收支顺差导致的外汇占款不断增加,深层次原因是我国内部经济结构的不平衡,包括生产、积累与消费的不平衡及国民分配结构的失衡。央行的货币政策工具操作只能在很小程度上缓解流动性过剩,因此,需要从抑制过剩流动性加剧的源头和扩大疏导过剩流动性的出口两方面探讨根治流动性过剩的对策。

| Abstract: | A prominent issue in present China's macro-economic operation is excessive liquidity.The direct reason is the increasing foreign exchange purchase due to the sustained balance of payments surplus,and the fundamental reason is the internal imbalanced economic structure including the imbalance of production,consumption and allocation and so on.Monetary policy tools can only relieve the problem to a certain extent.In this paper the corresponding fundamental policy proposals including suppressing the sources and expending outlets will be put forward. |
