| 摘 要： | 通过对宝鸡市社会图书馆的摸底调查，比较、分析本市社会图书馆现状，存在的问题和原因所在，并根据实际情况提出了改变现状应从提高认识、把社会图书馆（室）建设作为知识工程基础建设要素之一，纳入城市总体规划、赋予并强化城市中心图书馆（公共图书馆）的示范业务指导职能等方面入手的建议。
