圆弧金刚石砂轮精密在位检测系统设计

摘    要:针对圆弧金刚石砂轮磨损检测及砂轮修形的实际需要,通过研究圆弧金刚石砂轮的在位测量原理,设计相应的软硬件控制方案.利用KEYENCE公司LK-G1O高精度激光位移传感器,设计圆弧金刚石砂轮的精密在位检测系统,实现圆弧金刚石砂轮表面轮廓的精密检测.实验结果表明:该检测系统适用于圆弧金刚石砂轮精密测量和评价,为光学非球面磨削加工提供参数依据.

Abstract:This paper presents an algorithms design for arc diamond wheel measurement and evaluation according to corresponding measuring mechanism and real need. Adopting non-contacting measurement sensor LK- GIO developed by KEYENCE, an on-machine measuring system is built to achieve high-precision measurement for arc diamond wheel. The experiment results indicate that the measuring system meets the demand of on-machine measurement for arc diamond wheel, and provides parameter basis for precision grinding of optical aspheric lens.
