| Abstract: | Based on the analysis and the survey of Liuzhu rural residents' scientific and cultural qualities,this paper explores the causes for their lower qualities and puts forward the specific strategies and measures to enhance scientific and cultural qualities of the rural population so as to improve a new socialist country-side construction and to build up a harmonious Liuzhou. |
