| 摘 要： | 从我国体育产业的发展现状和国务院《关于加快发展体育产业的指导意见》精神出发,对我国体育产业融资过程中存在的主要问题进行了分析,并提出发展对策：做好资产重组,走证券化之路;改善投资环境,加强政策扶持;健全法律法规,培养专业人才;拓宽融资渠道,鼓励民间资本介入。旨在早日形成我国体育产业融资主体和渠道多元化的格局,推动我国体育产业持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of the development of the sports industry in China and the State Council "guidance on accelerating the development of sports industry",this paper makes analysis on the main problems of the sports industry in financing and puts forward the countermeasures,which are to restructure the asset,improve the investment environment,strengthen the policy support,perfect laws and regulations,train the professionals,broaden the financing channels and encourage the private capital investment.The goal is to form main financing entity of sports industry and diversified channel pattern in China,promoting the sustained and healthy development of China’s sports industry. |
