| 摘 要： | 为了了解农民工的心理健康状况及其影响因素,使用一般健康状况量表、自尊量表和简易应对方式问卷对235名农民工和426名其他职业群体进行调查研究,得出的结论是：农民工的心理健康水平普遍较低,并受学历和收入等因素影响,自尊、应对方式和心理健康之间相关系数具有统计学意义。

| Abstract: | In order to study the mental health condition of migrant workers and its influencing factors, this paper tests 235 migrant workers and 426 other occupation groups with General Health Questionnaire （GHQ） , Self - Esteem Scale （SES） and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire （SCSQ）. The conclusions are as follows： migrant workers＇mental health are generally low and are influenced by education and income; the related coefficients among self- esteem, coping style and mental health are of statistical significance. |
