| 摘 要： | 运动员商事人格权是运动员的基本民事权利，具有人身依附性和财产性。我国体育法对运动员商事人格权没有作出相应的规定，发生纠纷时缺少法律上的救济渠道。依据现实问题和立法不足的现状提出相应建议，从法律上保护运动员的商事人格权。

| Abstract: | The commercial personality right of athletes is the basic civil one,which has the personal anaclisis and the property.The sports law of our country has not made the corresponding stipulations to the commercial personality right of athletes, and it lacks the relief channel in legal when disputes happen.The author put forward the corresponding suggestions,in accordance with the practical issues and the present situation of the legislative insufficiency,that protect commercial personality right of athletes from the law. |
