| 摘 要： | 1984年以来我国奥运项目优秀运动队教练员队伍表现出迅速上升、急速下降、缓慢减少的阶段性特点。大专以上学历的运动员和大专以上学历的教练员人数,自1993年以来基本保持稳定,但是,获大专以上学历运动员仅占其总人数的7%,运动员文化层次普遍较低。教练员水平的高低是影响运动员等级(水平)最重要的隐性因素,教练员获职称人数对等级运动员人数有可能在3年后有较大正面影响。

| Abstract: | Coaches in the excellence Olympic events teams in China shows phase characteristics such as increase swiftly,decrease rapidly and decrease slowly since 1984.Athletes and coaches with the education background of junior college or above have kept stable since 1993,but,the proportion is only 7% of all the athletes,which means the athletes have lower culture level.The quality of the coach is the most important factor that affects the sport performance of the athletes.The coaches with the title of technical post for three years later may have a positive affect on athletes. |
