| 摘 要： | 调查发现,铜鼓县农村文化事业发展投入不够、队伍薄弱、广播电视事业发展滞后、对农村民俗活动缺乏正确引导等困难和问题.推进欠发达地区农村文化事业发展,要切实提高对发展农村文化事业重要性和必要性的认识,着力构建农村文化事业的多元经费投入机制,大力加强农村文化人才队伍建设,努力创新农村文化活动形式,积极发展农村特色文化.

| Abstract: | The investigation discovered that there are some puzzles in the development of rural culture of Tonggu County, such as the understanding of the importance on developing rural culture is not enough, the investment is insufficient, the troop is not strong, the work mentality is unitary, the broadcast and television develop lag, the lack of correct guidance on rural folk custom activity and so on. Advance the development of rural culture in the developing area, need to enhance the understanding of the importance and necessary of developing rural culture, try to construct the multi-dimensional funds investment mechanism of developing nu-al culture, strengthen the talented person troop construction of rural culture , innovate the forms of developing rural culture, develop characteristic culture. |
