摘    要:改革开放30年我国学校体育在推进素质教育的过程中取得多方突破,表现为:体育教学指导思想从"体质教育论"到"健康第一";课程目标从"目的任务"到"教学目标"、从一维生物观到三维体育观;体育教学内容(或教材)的选择从竞技运动项目到体育文化观;从单一体育教学模式到多模式体育教学;从"师道尊严"到建立民主、平等、合作的师生关系;体育教学方法从"教法"到"学法";从拿来主义到本土化;学校体育从局部改革到整体改革;从"体锻达标"到"健康达标"。然而,在取得成就的同时,也存在一定的问题。

Abstract:During 30-year reform and opening,the school Physical Education.of our country has made breakthrough in many ways in the process of pushing forward quality education,which is expressed as:as for the guiding thoughts,from"theory of physical-fitness education"to"health first";as for the curricular target,from"objective task"to"teaching target"and from one dimensional biological outlook to three dimensional Physical Education outlook;as for the selection of Physical Education teaching contents(or teaching material),from competitive sports events to sports culture outlook;from single Physical Education teaching model to multi-model Physical Education.teaching;from "sanctity of teachers' doctrine"to setting up democratic,equal and cooperative teacher-student relation;as for Physical Education teaching method,from teaching method"to"learning method"; from invariable introduction to localization;from partial reform to entire reform in school Physical Education;and from"attaining criterion in physical exercise"to"reaching criterion in health". However,simultaneously with achievements,there also exist many puzzles.
