| 摘 要： | 高校是培养、凝聚高层次人才的基地,是我国原创性科学研究成果的发源地,在国家的国防科技事业发展中应积极发挥重要作用.通过分析高校目前发展国防科研工作的优势及存在的突出问题,并针对现状就高校如何发展国防科研工作提出了有效对策,对促进我国高校国防科研工作发展,更好地服务国防科技事业具有指导意义.
