高职院校教师职业倦怠调查及分析

摘    要:采用问卷法、访谈法等研究方法,主要以浙江省内高职院校教师为研究对象,对高职院校教师职业倦怠现状进行调查分析。通过调查发现,高职院校自身建设不足,教师地位较低,教师自身及教学对象等方面的因素是导致职业倦怠的主要原因。同时提出了相应的解决对策,以期预防和缓解高职院校教师的职业倦怠状况。

An Analysis of the Burnout of Vocational College Teachers

Abstract:This paper made both an investigation and analysis of the status quo of job burnout for vocational college teachers by using questionnaire, interviews and other research methods mainly among the vocational college teachers of Zhejiang province. Facts showed that the main reason which had caused job burnout of vocational college teachers is lack of self-construction of vocational colleges, the lower status of teachers, and the factors of teachers themselves and students. The author put forwarcl some countermeasures to prevent and relieve job burnout of vocational college teachers as well.
