| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育的特点决定了高职院校培养人才的方向,建立"双师型"教师队伍是实现这一培养目标的重要手段。但现在我国高职院校师资队伍的发展状况根本达不到这个标准,在师资队伍管理方面存在些不足,亟须我们在分析这些问题的基础上,探寻适合我国高职院校师资队伍管理的机制与途径。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of higher occupation education decides the direction of talent training in higher vocational colleges,to establish "double teachers" is the important method to realize the training goal.But now the situation of our teachers in higher vocational colleges simply not up to the standard,there has some shortcomings in the faculty management,we must be based on the analysis of the problem,to explore the mechanism and way suitable for China’s vocational college teachers management. |
