| 摘 要： | 师生交流是学生进行知识学习、技能训练、品格塑造与素质养成的重要手段和途径,包括正式与非正式两种交流层面。文章系统阐述了高校师生交流的多样形式与作用,分析了目前大学师生交流的现状及诸多障碍,提出了高校师生实现顺畅沟通的多种非正式层面的交流形式、作用与途径。

| Abstract: | The communication between teachers and students is the important approaches for students to learn knowledge,skills training and character cultivation.The communication includes formal and informal two levels.This paper elaborates the communication diversity forms and functions,analysis of the current communication actuality and its obstacle,and puts forward how to realize smooth communication between teachers and students by variety of informal communication forms,functions and its approaches. |
