| 摘 要： | 泛在智能（Ambient Intelligence，AmI）是一种数字化的智能环境，它的产生和发展，变革了信息模式、信息传播渠道和信息利用机制，给图书馆的未来发展带来了前所未有的机遇，同时也严重削弱图书馆在知识交流中的中介作用，使其面临着新的竞争环境。图书馆要在未来的知识服务中占据主动，就必须抓住机遇，充分利用自身优势，不断创新其管理模式和服务模式。
