| 摘 要： | 在全面依法治国过程中,政府法律顾问制度在法治政府建设中发挥着参谋的作用,也是提升政府依法治国水平的一个必要举措,我国的政府法律顾问制度也处于不断探索和完善之中。政府法律顾问人力资源管理是决定这一制度能否最优化实施的关键,文章旨在讨论政府法律顾问中人力资源管理方面存在的问题,进而探究、提出一些解决的方法。

| Abstract: | In the process of comprehensively governing the country by law,the system of government legal counsel plays an advisory role in the construction of the government under the rule of law,and it is also a necessary measure to enhance the level of the government governing the country by law.The system of government legal counsel in China is also in the process of constant exploration and improvement.Human resources management of government legal counsel is the key to determine whether this system can be implemented optimally.This paper aims to discuss the problems existed in the human resources management of government legal counsel,and then explores and proposes some solutions. |
