基于RC等效电路模型的锂电池SOC估计

摘    要:针对电动汽车动力锂电池,提出一种能够在恒流及变流放电工况下修正SOC估算误差的方法。首先以双阻容并联网络RC作为锂电池等效电路模型,采用最小二乘法对模型参数进行估计,再依据模型及实验数据构建锂电池非线性状态方程,对锂电池开路电压与SOC的关系进行拟合,最后结合EKF算法与安时积分算法估算锂电池SOC,并采用脉冲放电实验进行验证。实验结果表明,该算法能够在恒流脉冲放电工况下有效修正SOC估算误差,并控制精度在1%以内,且在变流工况下仍可修正SOC初始误差。

Abstract:To study the electric vehicle power lithium battery, a method capable of correcting SOC estimation error under constant current and variable current discharge conditions is proposed. First, the dual-resistance-capacitance parallel network RC is used as the equivalent circuit model of the lithium battery. The least square method is used to estimate the model parameters. Then, the nonlinear state equation of the lithium battery is constructed according to the model and experimental data, and the open circuit voltage of the lithium battery and the SOC Fit the relationship, combine the EKF algorithm and the ampere-hour integration algorithm to estimate the SOC of the lithium battery, and use the pulse discharge experiment to verify. Experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively correct the error of SOC estimation under constant current pulse discharge, the control accuracy is within 1%, and the initial error of SOC can still be corrected under variable current conditions.
