| 摘 要： | 借鉴企业核心竞争力的研究成果来研究大学核心竞争力，对大学发展研究是有现实意义的。大学核心竞争力是大学独有的，以知识为基础整合各种资源，长期形成的保持大学竞争优势的能力。大学核心竞争力与综合实力是相辅相成的，大学要着眼于综合实力培育核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | To borrow the concept of the core competence from the field of businesses is usetul to the studies of the core competence of universities and the developments of universities. Core Competence is a unique ability for a university to make various resources on the basis of knowledge in order to be more competitive for a long time. The core competence promotes comprehensive strength and vice versa, and a university will focus on both of them. |
