| 摘 要： | 本文引用中华英才网近五年的薪资调查数据，运用成本一收益的净现值、内部收益率、明瑟收益率等多个指标，衡量继续接受硕士教育相对于本科毕业后直接就业的比较优势；并试图从社会学的角度分析“考研热”的形成不仅是大学生为了缓解就业压力、增加求职筹码而做出的理性选择，还可能是借助高等教育这样一种“信号机制”，实现“向上流动”的个人理想、获得更高的社会地位。

| Abstract: | This paper calculates the comparative advantage of getting a master degree over getting a bachelor degree and beginning one's career immediately. A lot of indices, including cost benefit Net Present Value, Inner Rate of Return, Mincerian Rate of Return, are introduced in the research. The salary datum mainly comes from an online investigation. The conclusion reveals that it's a rational choice for more and more students to get continuous education. And it may be another reason that people want to make use of the signal mechanism of high education in order to get a relatively high status in society. |
