| 摘 要： | 道德与法律作为两个社会规范系统，它们在起源、发展、基本原则、基本内容及实践意义上具有广泛而深刻的内在逻辑联系性。当代中国的道德与法律作为新时期中国社会主义现代化建设的坚强后盾，它们在经济基础、思想基础、政治基础、基本原则、基本内容及价值意义上存在极为明显的一致性。当代中国道德与法律的一致性为它们之间的内在互动提供了前提和基础，互动的具体类型有两种，一是当代中国道德对法律建设的促进或阻碍，二是当代中国法律对道德的促进或阻碍。

| Abstract: | As two important systems of social rules, morality and law have widespread and profound internal logical connection in their origin,development,basic principles and practical significance. Morality and law are the powerful backing of modern China's socialist construction and they share evident similarities in economic ideological political basis basic principles content and values. Their similarities provide the premise and base for the interaction between them. And their interaction takes on two types:one is the acceleration or drawback of legal construction by morality; The other is the promotion and obstruction of morality by law. |
