| 摘 要： | 自主支持是自我决定理论衍生出的一个概念,是人格与动机领域研究的一个新热点.以自我决定理论为基础分析自主支持的研究背景,明确其概念,并分别对竞技体育、学校体育和锻炼三种情境中自主支持的积极功能进行概述,在此基础上分析自主支持领域研究中存在的不足和未来的发展方向.

| Abstract: | Autonomy support is a new concept which derives from self- determination theory, and it is a new hot subject of personality and motivation research. Accordingly, the origin of autonomy support and its development were analyzed at the background of self - determination theory. Summed up various definitions of autonomy support and its characteristic. Further more, researches about the consequence of autonomy support were reviewed through three domains, those are sports, P. E. , and exercise. On the base of those summaries research shortage and prospect were analyzed. |
