| 摘 要： | 中国共产党一直非常重视对广大农民的思想政治教育工作,充分发挥他们在革命和建设中的作用,这是一项重要的基本经验。土地革命时期,是中国共产党开创人民军队,独立领导中国革命的开端,在这一时期开展思想政治教育工作是党领导人民进行革命的重要方式。在这一时期,党的工作重心在农村,农民是中国革命的生力军,青年是革命军队的主力军,是中国革命成功的重要保障,对青年农民开展教育工作是党的重要工作之一。

| Abstract: | The communist party of China has always attached great importance to the farmers＂ ideological and political education work, giving full play to their role in the revolution and construction, which is an important basic experience. Land revolution period is the beginning of independent leadership of the Chinese revolution. During this period to carry out the ideological and political education work is the important way for the communist party of China to lead the people to revolution. The focus of the Party＇s work was in the countryside, farmers were a vital force in China＇s revolution, the youth was the main force of revolution army and the important guarantee of the Chinese revolution success. Carrying out the education work of young farmers was the one of the important work. |
