高职学前教育专业人才培养目标构想

摘    要:当前,"职业教育就是就业教育"的理念正在受到挑战,高职学前教育专业人才培养目标需要重新构建。不仅如此,来自世界范围内的教师专业化发展的推动、高等教育思想的变革以及学前教育行业和机构的多样化都为学前教育专业人才培养提出了新的要求。理想的学前教育专业应该培养具有全面教师专业素质的专业化幼儿教师;培养具有广泛适应能力和专业引领能力的幼儿教师;培养具有良好专业态度、学习方式和终身学习能力的幼儿教师;培养具有创业精神与能力的幼儿教育实践家。

Abstract:At present, the concept "Vocational The training objectives of preschool education education is the employment needs to reconstructed. education" is being challenged. Besides, the development of professionalization of teachers worldwide, the higher education reformation, and diversification of preschool education institutions and industries are all the new requirements of preschool education to cultivate the talents. Ideal preschool education should be to cultivate professional preschool teachers with comprehensive professional quality, professional leading ability, good professional attitude and life-long learning ability and children education practitioners with the entrepreneurial spirit and ability.
