| 摘 要： | 高职院校图书馆建设发展中存在有定位不明确、馆藏质量不高、人员整体素质偏低等诸多问题。针对这些问题,本文拟在人员队伍建设、特色馆藏建设和图书馆功能拓展几个方面提出建设构想。
