| 摘 要： | 目的：观察小切口阑尾切除术的手术疗效。方法：对2005年至2007年我院收治的阑尾炎患者82例,采用低位小切口1针～2针缝合法,观察手术效果。结果：小切口阑尾切除手术效果满意,随访半年未见任何并发症。结论：小切口阑尾切除术手术创伤小,时间短,患者恢复快,并发症少,是一种良好的阑尾炎的手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe surgery effect of the small incision appendectomy.Method: From 2005 to 2007,82 patients with appendicitis were treated in the hospital,to observe surgical effects by using a small incision of one or two-suture.Results: The results of small incision appendectomy surgery was satisfying,there were no complications in six follow-up months.Conclusion: The small incision appendectomy surgery is a good way to appendicitis operation,which is less traumatic,short time,rapid recovery and fewer complications. |
