| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献收集法、逻辑分析法,从人的发展角度对休闲体育行为进行了深入研究.得出的结论是:休闲体育不是一种随心所欲、漫无目的、消磨时光的消极活动,而是一种精神自由、心灵快乐、创造性的主体活动,其根本目的是促进人的身心发展.目前,休闲体育的本质特性--自由性和创造性正在消失,因而呈现出某些异化现象.要通过休闲体育实现自我发展,人们就应该增强主体意识,提升休闲能力,形成个性化的体育休闲方式.

| Abstract: | This study investigates the relationship between leisure sport and human development by using literature and analysis methods. The findings indicate that Leisure sport is not an activity without human purpose, or is not the way just for someone spending their free time. In fact, leisure sport is an activity which has its own characteristics, such as spirit freedom, soul happiness, creativeness and its fundamental purpose is for human development. In the age of McDonaldization and in a society of consumerism, leisure sport has lost its freedom and creativity. If someone wants to develop himselves by leisure sport,he should have humanistic ideas, abilities, and personalized mode of leisure. |
