| 摘 要： | 实施院系两级管理是高职院校发展的现实需要。建议从实施院系两级管理的基础条件出发,即从教师的思想观念、心理准备和管理水平出发,从树立责任意识、建立管理体系、健全监督机制、引导教师参与等四个方面有效推进院系两级管理,提高学院办学质量,促进学院发展。

| Abstract: | The two-level administration is the key to the development of vocational colleges.Based on the teachers' ideas,their psychological preparation and the level of administration,it is suggested that we should set up the responsibility consciousness,establish the administration system,improve the supervision mechanism,and lead teachers to involve in order to enhance the two-level administration,improve the quality of running school and promote the development of colleges efficiently. |
