| Abstract: | Individual-oriented information service is a new focus in modern innovative library service. Taking into consideration different individual needs of collegiate library members, this article proposes some ways of constructing individual-oriented library service system from three aspects, namely, scope of service, manner of service, and temporal and spatial service. This paper attempts to promote library service in institutions of higher learning. |
